"This is the only dealership I will be dealing with for any of my vehicle needs in the future. Ian Hanlon was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to help me pick out the PERFECT Corolla! He listened to my needs and was not pushy at all. He gave me all of my options and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to get a new or used vehicle. They treat you like family here and the atmosphere is very welcoming. From the sales managers to the sales men, everyone is upbeat, friendly and seemed pleased to help. The entire process was very smooth and I can honestly say the best experience I have ever had! Ian also took the time out after we were done with the paperwork to go over all of the features of the car again for me and help set up my Bluetooth. Whats great is that Ian even emailed me after to make sure I didn't have any further questions and see how much I was enjoying my new Corolla. It is great to know that there are people like him in the business. I can't wait to return and do business with Ian Hanlon and the Toyota World of Lakewood staff in 3 years!
