"I arrived Sat am and brought into the office by Chris. His overall demeanor was just someone I felt I could work with.He went over with me what options I wanted and then went over my trade in (Toyota!). There was nothing lacking in the attention that was given to my being there and most of all helping me figure out my choices. I wasn't really expecting to leave with the car but Chris made it happen even with my tight schedule. He was very thorough in going over the car setting up my phone and taking me to the service area and explaining how my maintenance schedule was so important. So I cruised down the parkway thinking how well it all came together and mostly because Chris made it happen. My husband was impressed how well I knew the vehicle when we went for a spin after I got home. I told him it was because of the salesperson. He didn't just send me off clueless. So we are thrilled with our new Toyota Camry XLE and hope to continue doing business with you and your team as well as referring you."

"Mr Elwell's knowledge & experience were evident from the beginning of my visit. I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for(Rav 4) and that I would like to test drive one.I was shown one particular Rav 4 and didn't need to see any others since this one had all the features I had written on my "bucket list". We took a test drive;I was impressed & told Bob that I would go home and get my finances in order and let him know by the following Tuesday of my plan. He didn't have to wait long as I called him back on Monday ,hoping the SUV hadn't been sold to tell him I was coming back up on Tuesday to lease it.Much to my relief it was waiting for me. I am thrilled with the vehicle, the process went well & the finance man,Dave, was also very professional and kind.Previously, my son leased a Toyota truck from the same dealership and I know how well he was teated , so this factored into my decision to go there as well.I have been singing their praises to all who have seen my new SUV and will refer my friends to Bob in a heartbeat! "After being abused at Gateway and Freehold I was told by Doc at Docs Garage in Jackson to call Bill Kelly and make an appointment to see him. I told him I could only get there on Saturday and he said he was off but would come in to meet him. I was in my new Camry in two hours and the staff thier was great. I met the General Sales Manager and it turned out he sold me a car at Gateway when he first started in sales. I would never go anywhere else and wood recommend Bill Kelly!"
